Ed Moed is managing partner and co-founder of Peppercom, one of the nation’s largest independent public relations firms. Named a finalist in Ernst & Young's prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year" award, Ed has played a significant role in fostering Peppercom's rise as one of the leading communications consultancies in the country.
In addition to overall agency oversight and leadership, Ed focuses on running the business behind the PR agency business.
An advocate for agency accountability and ROI, Ed led the development efforts of Peppercom's proprietary measurement tool, Business Outcomes, which allows clients to measure any type of public relations or marketing program in a cost-effective, simple and completely valid way. Widely viewed as an expert on measurement and ROI, Moed is often sought out as a guest lecturer and appears frequently in the press.
Ed is a Board member of “One Day's Pay”, Treasurer of the Lumin Collaborative, a transatlantic member of the British American Business Inc., a member of the Council of PR Firms’ Strategic Planning Committee and member of the Public Relations Society of America.
Ed is a tennis enthusiast and enjoys coaching his son in sports. He lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife and three kids.
